30-Minute Range Session

5 min — Warm up with half-swing wedges

10 min — Irons: alternate 7-iron and 5-iron, 5 shots each

10 min — Driver: focus on one swing thought only

5 min — Finish with 20 wedge shots from 50–80 yards

Putting Green Drill

Gate drill: 2 tees 1 inch wider than putter face, 3 feet from hole

Clock drill: 4 balls at 3, 6, 9, 12 o'clock positions, 6 feet out

Lag putting: 5 balls from 30 feet — goal is within 3 feet

Finish: make 10 consecutive 3-footers before leaving
